These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sa-Invoice application and related services (the "Service") provided by Sandav Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You may use the Service to create, manage and share invoices, estimates and related business records. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including tax and consumer-protection laws relevant to your business.
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and content of the invoices and records you create. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
Where the Service or specific features are offered for a fee, the applicable pricing and payment terms will be communicated to you before you incur any charge. Any fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that calculations, totals or tax figures are accurate for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for verifying all figures before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandav Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
